Saray copper and multi-metal project

A consolidated mining property in one of Chile's most active copper districts, with a modeled copper resource, gold, molybdenum and iron in the same system, and ports, power and water within about 20 km.

More than copper

Copper is the quantified resource today. The technical report also confirms a Cu-Au-Fe-(Mo) iron oxide copper-gold system, which gives the project additional upside to test.

Cu

Copper: current resource

303.75 Mt at 0.99% CuT across four modeled domains. The only metal quantified in the 2026 estimate.

Au

Gold: direct evidence

Gold identified in polished sections with quartz, plus historical gold assays in selected samples.

Mo

Molybdenum

Local molybdenite and geochemical assays confirm molybdenum in part of the system.

Fe

Iron

Magnetite and hematite are recurring components of the system's architecture.

Historical data to reconcile: a prior exploration report tabulated historical geological estimates of up to ~11.23 Moz of gold and ~80.5 kt of molybdenum in veins.

These historical figures are not current mineral resources and are not part of the 2026 copper estimate. The next drilling campaign can include multi-element assays to test whether gold, molybdenum and iron add economic value.

Loreto

Steep structural corridor with about half of the contained copper.

Contacto

Integrated contact zone next to Loreto.

Antena

Vein exposed in underground workings and drilling.

D3

Shallow-dipping domain to be extended by new drilling.

The neighborhood

Saray sits in the Antofagasta-Mejillones copper belt, surrounded by producing mines, advanced projects and a working industrial port.

  • Rayrock / Emperatriz~10.8 kmNearby mining asset to the west.
  • Marimaca~13–15 kmFeasibility study, reserve and environmental approval in 2025; listed on the TSX.
  • Sierra Miranda / Sierra Atacama~24.1 kmAsset with multiple historical environmental approvals.
  • Mantos Blancos~32.8 kmOperating Capstone Copper mine with reported mine life to 2038.

Approximate distances from the Saray project reference point
0 km

High-voltage power

Transmission corridors cross the property.

~3 km

Industrial water

ENGIE is developing a seawater system in Mejillones of up to 6,000 L/s.

~19.9 km

Sulphuric acid

Noracid plant, 2,060 t/day design capacity, key for leach processing.

20.7 km

Puerto Angamos

Plus a US$130M concentrate terminal already operating in Mejillones Bay.

~5 min

Planned freight railway

290 km regional corridor with a station planned near the project access.

0 communities

Simple territory

No Indigenous communities or land overlap in the titles; no relocation needed.

Success case next door: Marimaca

Around 13–15 km from Saray, in the same corridor, Marimaca has shown how a copper project here can move from resource to feasibility, permits, financing and public-market value.

~11 monthsfrom environmental filing (DIA) to approval (RCA)
~US$288Mglobal equity offering, February 2026
~US$775Mreference market capitalization, September 2026
  1. Dec 2024Environmental impact declaration (DIA) filed
  2. 2025Feasibility study; reserve of ~179 Mt at 0.42% CuT
  3. Nov 2025Environmental approval (RCA) granted
  4. Feb 2026~US$288M financing, including Canadian capital
  5. 2026Sector permits and detailed engineering; listed on TSX and ASX

Why it matters for Saray

Same logistics platform, same access to Canadian capital, and a proven path from studies to permits and financing.

A reference, not a valuation

Marimaca is shown as regional proof of what is possible. It is not used as a direct valuation comparable for Saray.

Defined validation program

Two work phases to confirm and expand the model, separate from any acquisition price or construction capital.

Phase 1: Consolidate

US$312,000

Database integration, topography, QA/QC, density and detailed field design.

Phase 2: Drill and test

US$1,970,640

4,000 m of diamond drilling, new assays, metallurgical testing and an updated model.

Total program: US$2.28 million, including 20% contingency. Initial leach testing on one sample dissolved 84.27% of the copper in 72 hours.

Investment options

The owner is open to several structures. Final terms will be defined with the technical and legal documentation.

Full acquisition

Transfer of the company or project assets on negotiated terms.

Majority interest

Entry with control, tied to a defined investment program.

Strategic investment

Staged funding with negotiated rights and a later option.
